QC Executive: FG / Stability / RM
- Department: Quality Control
- Role: Finished Goods, Raw Material & Stability sample analysis
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Education/Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma / M.Sc (Chemistry)
QC: Deputy Manager – LIMS
- Department: Quality Control
- Role: LIMS implementation, master data creation & review
- Experience: Minimum 2 years hands-on LIMS experience
- Education/Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma / M.Sc (Chemistry)
QC Executive / Deputy Manager: Lab QA
- Department: Laboratory Quality Assurance
- Role: Analytical data review, audit trail monitoring, lab investigations

Skills / Qualifications
- Hands-on proficiency with sophisticated QC instruments: HPLC, GC, LCMS, Dissolution tester, Malvern 3000 particle size analyzer, etc.
- Strong experience in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) – mandatory for Deputy Manager role, preferred for others
- Expertise in reviewing analytical data, electronic audit trails, and handling laboratory OOS / OOT investigations
- Sound knowledge of stability studies, raw material & finished product testing protocols
- Familiarity with data integrity (ALCOA+), GMP, and regulatory expectations
- Good documentation practices and ability to prepare/review SOPs & protocols
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct precise analysis of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC, GC, LCMS, dissolution, and particle size analyzers
- Perform thorough review of chromatographic & analytical data along with audit trails
- Lead or support laboratory deviation, OOS, and investigation processes
- Implement, validate, and manage LIMS master data and workflows
- Ensure full compliance with current GMP, GLP, and data integrity guidelines
