Aspiro Pharma is expanding its team for the Injectable facility to support high-volume sterile manufacturing operations. Open positions span Production (shop floor execution and supervision), Microbiology, and Analytical Method Validation.

These roles are critical for maintaining aseptic practices, quality compliance, and efficient operations in a USFDA-approved environment.

Production – Operator / Sr. Operator

Skills/Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in aseptic injectable processes (filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering, vial washing, autoclave, lyophilization, ophthalmic, suspensions)
• Strong knowledge of GMP, aseptic practices, and sterile manufacturing
• Experience in Water Testing, MLT, Bioburden, BET, Sterility, and Antibiotic Assay
• Expertise in Analytical Method Validation using HPLC (Assay, Related Substances) and GC (Residual Solvents)
• Ability to supervise shop floor activities, conduct training, and handle QMS documentation
• Good documentation skills and regulatory compliance understanding
• Team coordination and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise shop floor activities in injectable manufacturing
• Perform filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering, vial/garment washing, and autoclave operations
• Conduct microbiological testing including BET, sterility, MLT, and bioburden
• Carry out analytical method validation, protocol preparation, and report review
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety standards in aseptic areas
• Support operations training and Quality Management System (QMS) activities
• Monitor processes and maintain accurate documentation for audit readiness
