Job Description

Hetero is conducting a large-scale walk-in drive to strengthen its manufacturing and quality teams at the Jadcherla facility. Openings are available in Production for both OSD and Injectable units as well as in Quality Control (OSD and Microbiology).

These roles support high-volume pharmaceutical manufacturing with a focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Production (OSD)

  • Department: Production – OSD
  • Position: Operator / Sr. Operator / Officer
  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
  • Experience: 0 to 6 years
  • Area of Working: Compression, Granulation, Coating

Production (Injectable)

  • Department: Production – Injectable
  • Position: Operator / Sr. Operator / Officer
  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
  • Experience: 0 to 6 years
  • Area of Working: Autoclave, Vial Washing, Compounding, Filling

QC (OSD)

  • Department: Quality Control – OSD
  • Position: Officer / Jr. Executive / Executive
  • Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years
  • Area of Working: Sampling, Stability, HPLC, GC, IP/FP, MT, MV

QC – Microbiology

  • Department: Quality Control – Microbiology
  • Position: Officer / Jr. Executive / Executive
  • Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Microbiology
  • Experience: 1 to 6 years
  • Area of Working: Environmental Monitoring (EM), Water Testing, Product Analysis (MLT & Sterility)

Skills/Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in OSD processes (compression, granulation, coating) or injectable operations (autoclave, vial washing, filling, compounding)
  • Knowledge of HPLC, GC, stability studies, in-process & finished product testing for QC roles
  • Experience in microbiological testing including MLT, sterility, environmental monitoring, and water analysis
  • Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance
  • Good documentation and team coordination skills
  • Willingness to work in shift operations for production roles

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor compression, granulation, and coating machines (OSD)
  • Handle autoclave, vial washing, compounding, and filling activities (Injectable)
  • Perform sampling, stability testing, HPLC/GC analysis, and IP/FP testing
  • Conduct environmental monitoring, water testing, MLT, and sterility tests
  • Ensure adherence to GMP and safety standards on the shop floor
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness
  • Support training and continuous improvement initiatives
