Job Description
This position supports regulatory submission of drug products for the India market. The role involves hands-on microbiology testing, method development, validation, and routine analysis in a cGMP/GLP-compliant R&D environment, with focus on both Non-Oral and Oral formulations.
Executive / Senior Executive – Analytical Development (Microbiology)

Skills/Qualifications
- M.Sc in Microbiology with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in microbiology tests for pharmaceutical formulations
- Strong exposure to method development, method validation, and routine analysis
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, data integrity, and LIMS
- Experience in microbial culture handling and environmental monitoring
- Good documentation and calibration skills for laboratory instruments
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Microbial Enumeration Test and Test for specified Micro-organisms
- Conduct Bio-burden Test, Antimicrobial Effectiveness Test, Sterility Test, and Bacterial Endotoxin Test
- Execute Microbiological Assay and Growth Promotion Test
- Handle microbial culture propagation, maintenance, and enumeration
- Perform environmental monitoring of clean rooms
- Support Analytical Method Development, Validation, and routine analysis for Non-Oral & Oral formulations
- Prepare documents as per cGMP requirements
- Calibrate laboratory equipment/instruments
- Work in compliance with cGMP/GLP and support LIMS activities
