• Expertise in analytical method development and structural characterization of peptides using HPLC/UPLC with UV and CAD detection
• Experience in technology transfer and process engineering from lab to commercial scale
• Strong background in purification by Prep-HPLC and SFC for Discovery CRO roles
• Ability to support process development in CDMO and API manufacturing
• Carry latest CTC details for discussion during the interview

Key Responsibilities

• Execute multi-step organic synthesis for peptides and complex molecules
• Develop and validate analytical methods using advanced chromatography techniques
• Support technology transfer and scale-up of processes from lab to pilot/commercial
• Perform structural characterization and impurity profiling for APIs and intermediates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely project delivery in CDMO projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards during development activities
