Job Description

Amoli Organics is hiring for the following positions in the Production Department:

1. Officer / Sr. Officer – Production

• Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry / B.E. / B.Tech Chemical / B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma Chemical
• Experience: 3–6 years
• Key Skills: API Plant operations, handling Reactors, Centrifuge, Dryers, Utility operations, GMP & documentation

2. Associate / Jr. Officer – Production

• Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma Chemical
• Experience: 1–3 years
• Key Skills: API Plant operations, handling Reactors, Centrifuge, Dryers, Utility operations, GMP & documentation

3. Apprentice – Production

• Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry
• Experience: Fresher
• Key Skills: Not Applicable (Training will be provided)

Important Note: Candidates must have experience in API / Bulk Drugs Industry and should have worked in Regulatory Approved Plants (USFDA, EDQM, WHO, etc.).

Skills/Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of API manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience in operating Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, and utilities
• Good understanding of cGMP and documentation practices
• Ability to work in a regulatory-compliant environment
• Team player with safety and quality focus

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, and other production equipment
• Handle utility operations in the API plant
• Follow cGMP guidelines and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure batch execution as per SOPs and batch manufacturing records
• Maintain plant hygiene and safety standards
• Support shift operations in a USFDA/EDQM-approved facility
