  • Previous experience designing and developing websites
  • Advanced Digital & Data Analytics skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Intermediate Risk Management skills
  • Foundational knowledge of clinical development process and regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of digital patient recruitment for clinical trials
  • Intermediate medical/scientific background and disease knowledge
  • Advanced Problem-Solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Intermediate Business Acumen and Change Management skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Added advantage: Experience with iConnect platform, graphic design, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and usability expertise
