Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific’s PPD Clinical Research team is hiring an FSP Clinical Trial Coordinator I under its Functional Service Partnership (FSP) model. This role provides essential administrative and technical support to clinical trial project teams, focusing on site activation, document management, and audit readiness.

The position supports rapid site activations and ensures compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory guidelines while contributing to the successful execution of clinical trials for global sponsors.

  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete trial activities as per task matrix
  • Perform file reviews and support audit readiness
  • Provide system support for Activate and eTMF platforms
  • Handle administrative tasks including document processing and (e)TMF reviews
  • Assist with Investigator Site File and pharmacy binder preparation
  • Support site activation and feasibility activities
  • Track study metrics and resolve findings
  • Maintain vendor trackers and regulatory documents
  • Liaise with sites and internal teams for document collection
  • Train new staff and contribute to process improvements
