Job Description

Novartis is recruiting an Associate Clinical Data Scientist in its Global Drug Development division. The role supports Clinical Data Management activities, ensuring high-quality clinical data delivery for analysis and reporting while contributing to process improvements and training initiatives.

This position plays a key supporting role in managing data collection, coding, database delivery, and quality deliverables within Data Operations for assigned clinical studies.

Associate Clinical Data Scientist

• Education/Qualification: Degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, or related discipline

Skills/Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of clinical data management processes
• Understanding of data entry, data handling, and databases
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory guidelines

• Ensure accurate and consistent coding using relevant tools
• Track task status and maintain accurate tracking systems
• Support development of engaging training modules and materials
• Report deviations and technical complaints promptly
• Contribute to process improvements and non-clinical projects
