Skills/Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Microbiology or related life sciences discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food processing, manufacturing, or food quality laboratory
- Hands-on experience with food microbiological test methods: TPC, Coliform/E. coli, Yeast & Mould, pathogen screening (Salmonella, Listeria), and water testing
- Working knowledge of FSSAI regulations (Food Safety & Standards Act 2006, Schedule 4), HACCP principles, and GMP/GHP requirements
- Experience in frozen food, snack, or ready-to-eat food processing unit is a strong advantage
- FSSAI Food Safety Supervisor Certification is preferred (training/support will be provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities

- Conduct TPC, Coliform/E. coli, Yeast & Mould, and pathogen screening
- Carry out water testing and environmental monitoring
