Job Description

Wockhardt Biotech Park is actively recruiting enthusiastic freshers for Trainee positions across multiple critical departments. This is a golden opportunity for candidates with life sciences, pharmacy, or technical backgrounds to gain hands-on training in a regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The roles focus on supporting production processes, quality assurance, microbiology testing, packing operations, engineering maintenance, and warehouse functions at the advanced Biotech Park facility.

• Department: Production (Upstream / Downstream Process), Quality Control / Microbiology, Production Packing, Engineering, Warehouse

• Education/Qualification: M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry), D.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy, B.Sc./BA – any graduate, ITI/Diploma

Skills/Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of biotechnology, microbiology, or pharmaceutical processes
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance (preferred)
• Strong analytical and observational skills
• Ability to work in shifts and team-oriented environment
• Technical aptitude for production/engineering equipment handling
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setup

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in upstream and downstream bioprocessing activities

• Help with engineering maintenance and troubleshooting
