Job Description
Enzene Biosciences is hiring a Quality Assurance professional for Drug Substance (DS) operations. The role focuses on ensuring cGMP compliance, shop floor monitoring, and quality systems management in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Executive – QA (IPQA – DS)
- Department: Quality Assurance
- Market: Drug Substance Manufacturing
- Role: IPQA oversight and cGMP compliance
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Education/Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements
- Experience in IPQA and shop floor QA activities
- Understanding of BMR review and documentation practices
- Knowledge of validation protocols and reports
- Familiarity with QMS systems (CAPA, Deviations, Change Control)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform line clearance for DS manufacturing
- Ensure in-process checks compliance
- Conduct GMP rounds and document observations
- Review batch manufacturing records accurately
- Manage SOPs and validation documents
- Coordinate sampling as per protocols
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and change controls
- Support APQR/PQR preparation activities
