Lupin Limited is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join its manufacturing team at the Aurangabad facility. The role involves new product execution, technology transfer, process validation, and commercial manufacturing support.
Officer – Production / Process Development
- Department: Production / Technology Transfer
- Position: Officer
- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Education/Qualification: B.Pharm
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and cGMP
- Experience in scale-up, exhibit batches, and process validation
- Expertise in preparation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and protocols
- Proficiency in SAP (BOM, Recipe, FG/SFG code creation)
- Good understanding of Quality Risk Management (QRM) and QAMS
- Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and coordination skills
- Competencies: Innovation, Result Orientation, Process Excellence, Collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Execute new products and site transfer products (scale-up, exhibit, PPQ/validation, commercial batches)
- Troubleshoot issues during production runs
- Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for trial, scale-up, exhibit, and commercial batches
- Develop scale-up sampling plans and reports
- Prepare and review Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) / Validation protocols and reports
- Prepare Stability Study protocols for various batch types
- Initiate and close QAMS activities
- Perform Quality Risk Management (QRM) for exhibit and commercial products
- Handle BOM, Recipe, FG/SFG code creation, and SAP-related activities
