Ergomed is seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Specialist to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning solutions that support business performance and employee development across its global organization.
The role focuses on instructional design while also contributing to broader People Development initiatives.
eLearning Specialist

Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Strong instructional design knowledge (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
- Ability to translate complex SME content into engaging learning experiences
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools (preferred)
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, Synthesia, etc.) is a plus
- Prior experience in Pharma, Biotech, Pharmacovigilance, or CRO is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive training materials, scenario-based content, and assessments
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across geographies
- Publish, maintain, and quality-check courses on Cornerstone LMS
- Create job aids, presentations, and multimedia learning assets
- Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick model
- Support onboarding, capability-building, and learning strategy initiatives
- Manage multiple People Development projects and meet deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs
