Torrent Pharma is expanding its manufacturing team and inviting experienced professionals for its OSD facility.
Production – Tablet
- Technical Assistant / Executive: M.Pharm / B.Pharm, 1-5 Years
- Areas: Granulation (RMG, FBD, FBP), Compression, Auto Coater Coating, Glatt & Documentation
Production – Packaging
- Technical Assistant / Executive: M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm, 1-5 Years
- Areas: Blister Packing, Bottle Packing, Track & Trace system & SAP
Engineering
- Technical Assistant / Executive: BE (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation), 1-5 Years
- Areas: OSD Process Maintenance, Utility & HVAC
Quality Control (QC)
- Technical Assistant / Executive: M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm, 1-5 Years
- Areas: Analytical Stability / Method Validation – HPLC / GC
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Technical Assistant / Executive: M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm, 1-5 Years
- Areas: Qualification of Equipment, Cleaning Validation & Process Validation
Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in respective OSD / Tablet manufacturing areas
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, documentation, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in HPLC/GC, Track & Trace, SAP, and validation activities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Packaging operations
- Perform QC testing, stability studies, and method validation
- Handle QA activities including equipment qualification and process validation
- Manage engineering maintenance for utilities and HVAC
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and documentation standards
