Jubilant Biosys is looking for a proactive and experienced EHS professional to lead safety initiatives across R&D and manufacturing activities.
Assistant Manager – EHS (Safety)
- Department: EHS (Safety)
- Role: Assistant Manager
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Fire & Safety / Chemical Engineering) with Industrial Safety degree
- Experience: 4-9 Years
- Location: Greater Noida
Skills/Qualifications
- Expertise in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA, HAZOP, PHA)
- Strong knowledge of Process Safety, GMP, PESO, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in incident investigation, CAPA, and safety audits
- Ability to drive safety culture and training programs
- Good communication and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment (HIRA/HAZOP/PHA) and ensure safe execution of pharma processes
- Manage process safety aspects including reaction safety, hydrogenation, and pressure systems
- Implement engineering controls, SOPs, and ensure regulatory compliance (GMP, PESO, etc.)
- Drive incident investigation, CAPA closure, and continuous risk reduction
- Promote safety culture, training, and awareness across teams
- Monitor EHS performance and maintain audit readiness
