Job Description

Sanofi is seeking qualified professionals to join its Quality Services team in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will support product complaint management activities, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate investigations, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across global operations.

  • Conduct batch genealogy and recurrence checks
  • Manage complaint records within QMS systems
  • Support root cause analysis activities
  • Monitor complaint investigation timelines
  • Coordinate with contract manufacturing organizations
  • Review investigation reports and CAPA effectiveness
  • Ensure timely complaint closure
  • Support KPI monitoring and compliance activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
