Areas of Expertise
We are seeking candidates with experience in the following key areas:
Quality Control (QC)
- Experience in FP/Stability/Analytical Instrumentation (HPLC, UV, Dissolution)
- Proficiency in handling LIMS and Empower Software
- Experience with HPLC (Waters) preferred
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience in IPQA (Manufacturing & Packing), Shop Floor Activities
- Familiarity with review of Equipment Audit Trails, BMR, BPR Review, and Line Clearance
- Handling of CAPA/EC and experience with External Audits (USFDA, MHRA, Germany)
- Experience in Process Validation and Equipment/Utility Qualification
- Experience in Engineering QA Activities
Production (Formulation)
Core Manufacturing Areas:
- Granulation: Experience with Integrated Lines (GEA/Glatt)
- Compression: Experience with KORSCH, SEJONG, GEA, CADMACH equipment
- Pellet Coating: Experience with Wurster (Glatt, 21 CFR SCADA) and Bottom Spray (Glatt)
- Capsule Manufacturing experience
- Liquid Manufacturing and Filling experience
Packing (Primary Areas):
- Experience in Blister Packing (Uhlmann, Elmach, BQS)
- Experience in Bulk and Bottle Packing (CVC)
