Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced GPCR expert to lead a team of 2-3 biologists and manage project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GPCRs/Receptors/Incretin biology and hands-on experience in developing, validating, and executing biochemical and cell-based assays for NCE screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-3 biologists and manage project deliverables
- Develop, validate, and execute biochemical and cell-based assays for NCE screening, specializing in GPCRs/Receptors/Incretin biology
- Provide troubleshooting and strategic input to projects
- Maintain high-quality study plans, reports, and documentation
- Interpret and present data effectively to partners
- Provide regular updates (weekly TCs, timely email responses) and escalate challenges
- Foster a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- PhD/Postdoc in Biotechnology/Biochemistry with 2-8 years of experience OR M.Sc. with 10-15 years of experience in relevant assays
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in GPCRs/Receptors/Incretin biology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
