Production – Pharma Injectables
Officer/Senior Officer
- Qualification: Diploma/B. Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Required Skills:
- Operating and cleaning Vial Washing Machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic Vial Filling and Sealing Machines, Automatic PFS Filling Machines
- Operating and cleaning Lyophilizers with Auto Loading and Unloading Systems (ALUS)
- Experience in aseptic processes, techniques, filling, sealing, and media filling
- Operating autoclaves and terminal sterilizers
- Preparing autoclave loads, loading and unloading autoclaves and sterilizers
- Cleaning clean room areas and machines
- Executing manufacturing, filling, and compounding activities as per schedule
Executive/Senior Executive
- Qualification: M. Pharmacy/B. Pharmacy
- Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, Lyophilization, sealing, component preparation, pre- and post-manufacturing activities
- Planning and execution of automatic PFS filling machines
- Monitoring aseptic processes and techniques
- Documenting activities on the shop floor
- Planning and executing Aseptic Media Fill simulation activities
Quality Control
Executive
- Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Sc.
- Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Required Skills:
- Handling biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor IIa)
- Assaying Heparin Sodium and Enoxaparin Sodium (preferred)
- Analysis of in-process, finished product, stability, and raw materials
- Experience with HPLC/GC, UV visible instruments, KF, potentiometer, IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, Ion Chromatography, AAS instruments, ICPMS, and NMR
Microbiology
Junior Executive
- Qualification: M. Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology)
- Experience: Freshers
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with basic microbiology techniques
- 2023 and 2024 graduates with at least 60% marks
- Good communication skills
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Executive
- Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Pharm/M. Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills:
- Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities (dispensing, manufacturing, inspection, packing, dispatching)
- Collection and submission of various samples (in-process, finished product, stability, control, cleaning)
- Conducting AQL inspections and periodic inspections
- Reviewing batch manufacturing records, packing records, and protocols
- Preparing and evaluating visual inspection defect sets and training visual inspectors
