Position Available:
Quality Control – Trainee
Qualifications Required:
- B. Sc. in Microbiology, DMLT, or MLT
Responsibilities:
- Calibration of pH meter and colorimeter.
- Preparation of Gram staining slides.
- Conducting pH, OD, wet weight, and wet mount analyses of fermentation cultures.
- Media preparation and checking media before and after sterilization.
- Observing laminar plates.
- Sampling of inoculum and flask batches.
- Assisting in performing Total Viable Count (TVC).
- Performing swab testing of blenders and filling tubes.
- Conducting primary testing of chemical products for pH, moisture, and EC.
- Maintaining proper documentation.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Industries:
- Laboratories, Bio Pesticide, Fertilizers, FMCG, Pharmaceutical
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of lab equipment, especially microscopes.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Effective time management abilities.
