Production Trainee (Fresher)
- Department: Production
- Key Focus: Assist in sterile manufacturing operations under supervision
- Experience: Fresher / Entry-level (motivated and detail-oriented candidates)
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Department: QA
- Key Focus: Validation, IPQA, QMS, Compliance, DQA, Lab QA in sterile/non-sterile dosage forms
- Experience: 0–5 years in any QA function
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Graduates in B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm/M.Pharm or related sciences
- Basic understanding of GMP, SOPs, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom protocols
- Attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to learn sterile operations
- For QA: Knowledge of validation, IPQA, QMS, documentation, compliance in formulation (sterile preferred)
- Ability to maintain records, report deviations, and ensure safety/housekeeping
- Freshers encouraged for production trainee role
Key Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and maintain aseptic conditions in sterile areas
- Perform equipment cleaning, operation, and assist in batch manufacturing per BMR
- Adhere to cleanroom discipline, gowning procedures, and hygiene standards
- Record production data accurately in batch records and logbooks
- Support media fill, validation runs, and trial batches
- Report deviations, breakdowns, safety concerns promptly
- Ensure overall safety, housekeeping, and compliance in production zones
- For QA: Handle validation, in-process checks, QMS activities, documentation, and audits
