Skills/Qualifications
- Basic understanding of sterile/parenteral manufacturing processes

- Familiarity with vial/BFS/ampoule/bag filling, media fill, validation, and trial batches
- Experience in production/packing compliance, remediation, or quality system documents (CCN, CAPA, investigation) is a plus
- Strong safety awareness, hygiene focus, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in controlled aseptic environments and rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sterile manufacturing operations (vial, bag, ampoule, BFS filling)
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and aseptic conditions during production activities
- Perform equipment cleaning, operation, and basic maintenance under supervision
- Support batch manufacturing as per BMR/BPR and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure cleanroom discipline, proper gowning, and housekeeping
- Participate in media fill, validation, trial batches, and deviation reporting
- Report breakdowns, safety concerns, and maintain hygiene/safety standards
