Job Description
Ajanta Pharma is hiring experienced professionals for its regulatory-compliant OSD manufacturing plant in Pithampur. Openings are available in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance departments. Candidates must have prior exposure in USFDA/MHRA approved environments and OSD manufacturing.
QC Executive (FP/Stability/GLP)

Skills/Qualifications
- Rich hands-on experience with instruments like HPLC, UV, and Dissolution tester
- Expertise in analysis of Content Uniformity, Blend Uniformity, and Stability products
- Proficiency in LIMS and Chromeleon 7.2 software for RS/Assay processing
- Experience in RM/PM sampling, glassware cleaning, and stability chamber management
- Strong knowledge of IPQA, line clearance, process checks, and batch record review
- Exposure to deviation, OOS, and investigation handling
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC, BMS, and electrical systems
- Working experience in OSD and Liquid Oral manufacturing in regulatory environments
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of Finished Products, Stability samples, and related tests
- Handle RM/PM sampling and glassware cleaning activities
- Manage stability chambers and sample arrangements
- Conduct line clearance, process checks, and sampling during manufacturing & packing
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
- Participate in investigations of deviations, non-conformances, and incidents
- Execute preventive maintenance of HVAC and BMS systems
- Handle electrical maintenance and breakdown activities in plant
