Job Description

Alembic Pharmaceuticals is hiring for its Formulation and API manufacturing sites near Vadodara. Openings are available across Production (OSD, API, Injectable), Packing (OSD), Warehouse, and specialized Hydrogenation area.

Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to regulatory documentation and cGMP/GLP in regulated plants.

Production (OSD)

• Department: Production OSD

Production (API) & Kilo Lab

• Department: Production API

Production (Injectable)

• Department: Production Injectable

Skills/Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule filling & Pelletization
• Proficiency in operating reactors, centrifuge, blender, sifter, multi-mill, and hydrogenation equipment
• Experience in Injectable manufacturing (lyophilizer, isolator, autoclaves, filling lines, CIP/SIP)
• Hands-on with Blister and Bottle packing machines (CAM, BQS, UHLMANN, IMA, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SAP for warehouse operations and inventory management
• Regulatory documentation skills including BMR, BPR, deviations, and change control
• Understanding of cGMP and GLP requirements in regulated manufacturing plants

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule filling areas
• Handle API production processes including hydrogenation, filtration, drying, and crystallization
• Execute aseptic manufacturing and filling operations for Injectable products
• Perform blister and bottle packing operations with serialization and Track & Trace
• Manage RM and FG stores, dispensing, and inventory in SAP
• Maintain equipment logbooks, documentation, and batch records as per SOPs
• Ensure smooth execution of batches while complying with cGMP guidelines
