Liquid Manufacturing
Alembic is looking for Officers and Senior Officers in Liquid Manufacturing. Candidates must hold a B.Pharm degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in liquid formulation production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage batch manufacturing according to BMRs and SOPs
- Operate and supervise liquid manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Liquid Packing
The Liquid Packing department is hiring Officers and Senior Officers with B.Pharm qualifications and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Role Includes:
- Handling oral liquid packing activities
- Operating filling, sealing, labeling, shrink wrapping, and cartooning machines
- Ensuring accuracy in filling, sealing, and labeling operations
Tablet Manufacturing Production
For Tablet Production, Alembic is seeking Junior Officers with an ITI or Diploma and 5 to 8 years of experience in pharma manufacturing.
Job Focus:
- Operating Granulation machines such as Ganson RMG, FBD, FBE
- Managing Compression operations with Cadmach CPD, including B Tooling & D Tooling
- Following SOPs and GMP documentation practices
Bilayer Tablet and Packing Operations
Experienced Officers and Senior Officers with a B.Pharm degree and 6 to 8 years of experience are required for Bilayer Tablet Production and Packing.
Responsibilities:
- Managing granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling
- Operating and troubleshooting packing machines like BQS, Elmach 3015/3018
- Working with Monoblock liquid filling, rotary bottle washing machines
- Ensuring smooth packing for liquid and tablet products
