Associate/Sr. Assistant/Assistant

• Department: Injectable Manufacturing
• Role: Support bulk manufacturing and filling processes
• Experience: 2-7 Years
• Education/Qualification: B.Sc./D.Pharm/ITI

Skills/Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in injectable/parenteral/sterile manufacturing
• Proficiency in vial washing, filling, compounding, and capping
• Knowledge of production planning, change control, and deviation handling
• Expertise in autoclave operation, aseptic/control area procedures
• Familiarity with large volume bag filling and vessel operations (CIP/SIP)
• Strong skills in GMP documentation and line clearance
• Ability to operate steam sterilizers and vial washing machines

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute injectable production schedules
• Handle change controls and deviation investigations
• Perform line clearance and aseptic area operations
• Operate autoclaves for TS and component sterilization
• Conduct vial filling, capping, and compounding tasks
• Manage bulk manufacturing and CIP/SIP processes
• Maintain accurate GMP documentation daily
