Aneta Pharmaceuticals is hiring for the Electrical Engineer (Executive/Sr. Executive) position in its OSD formulation plant. This role ensures seamless electrical operations, maintenance, and compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Electrical Engineer – Executive/Sr. Executive
- Department: Engineering/Maintenance
- Role: Electrical Engineer (Executive/Sr. Executive)
- Experience: 2–10 years (OSD formulation plant preferred)
- Education/Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Skills/Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2–10 years in pharma or regulated manufacturing, preferably OSD plants
- Expertise in electrical troubleshooting, PLC/SCADA, VFDs, and HMIs
- Knowledge of WHO, EU, ANVISA regulatory standards and GMP
- Strong documentation skills for change controls, CAPA, and calibration
- Experience with energy management and automation projects
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, UPS, DG sets, HVAC, and lighting
- Diagnose and repair faults in OSD equipment like RMG, FBD, compression, coating, and packing machines
- Support installation, commissioning, and IQ/OQ/PQ of electrical components
- Plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance schedules
- Ensure regulatory compliance, SOP adherence, and maintain documentation (deviations, CAPA)
- Optimize energy consumption and drive saving initiatives
- Collaborate on automation systems including Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs, SCADA, and VFDs
