Job Description
Anthem BioSciences is actively hiring talented professionals for its EHS department to strengthen process safety capabilities. This role focuses on ensuring safe chemical processes in a dynamic CRDMO environment supporting pilot to commercial scale operations.
Executive / Senior Executive – EHS
- Department: EHS
- Market: Pharmaceutical & Agrochemical
- Role: Process Safety Executive / Senior Executive
- Experience: 0-5 years
- Education/Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of thermal hazard evaluation and process risk management
- Experience in pharmaceutical or agrochemical manufacturing (preferred)
- Proficiency in conducting Reaction Calorimetry (RC1) and ARSST studies
- Familiarity with hazard assessment techniques like HAZOP and What-if analysis
- Ability to prepare technical reports, SDS, and SOPs
- Understanding of EHS systems and incident investigation processes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process safety evaluations and risk assessments
- Perform RC1 & ARSST studies and prepare reports
- Support HAZOP and What-if hazard assessments
- Monitor critical reactions in pilot and commercial plants
- Prepare SDS, SOPs and support EHS system implementation
- Assist in incident investigations and process safety training
- Contribute to IMS (Integrated Management System) activities
