Aragen is hiring experienced professionals for its Analytical Solution team. The role focuses on HPLC-based analysis, method development & validation, dissolution testing, and regulatory-compliant documentation in a CRO environment.
Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – Analytical Solution (HPLC)
- Department: Analytical Solution (HPLC)
- Role: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
- Qualification: M.Pharmacy / M.Sc – Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: 2–6 years
Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in HPLC analysis (Assay, Related Substances, Content Uniformity, etc.)
- Proficiency in Dissolution testing (Multimedia, immediate release, stability samples)
- Independent execution of Analytical Method Development and Method Validation as per ICH guidelines
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ICH, and regulatory standards
- Experience in routine QC analysis, documentation, and report preparation
- Instrument calibration, qualification, and troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to OOS, OOT, and deviation investigations
- Prior experience in regulated pharmaceutical or CRO environment is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Perform HPLC analysis for raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Conduct Dissolution studies for finished products (Multimedia & stability)
- Independently develop and validate analytical methods as per regulatory guidelines
- Carry out routine QC analysis and maintain GMP-compliant documentation
- Prepare and review analytical reports, validation protocols, and summary reports
- Handle instrument calibration, qualification, and troubleshooting
- Support investigations related to OOS, OOT, and deviations
- Ensure compliance with ICH, GMP, and other regulatory standards
