ARDEM is hiring Medical Data Entry Analysts for processing student medical forms. The role involves accurate data entry of medical details into the system while maintaining strict confidentiality and meeting daily productivity targets.

Medical Data Entry Analyst

Skills/Qualifications
- Graduate in Science background (B.Sc, Life Sciences, Medical, or Allied Sciences preferred)
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience
- Typing speed of 35–40 WPM with high accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain 100% accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Prior medical, healthcare, or insurance data entry experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Enter medical details from forms into the system (approx. 17 mandatory fields per form)
- Maintain 100% accuracy on all entries
- Meet daily productivity targets consistently
- Ensure complete confidentiality of student and medical data
- Process forms including Student ID, DOB, Gender, Procedure Code, Diagnosis Code, Provider Details, Notes, etc.
- Follow all company guidelines and SOPs for data handling
Performance & Earnings Structure
This is a purely performance-based role:
- Rate per field: ₹0.15
- Earning per form: ₹2.55 (17 fields)
- Daily Target: 240 accurate forms
- Daily Earning (on target): ₹612
- Monthly Earning (22 working days): ₹13,464
- TDS: 10% applicable
Note: Only correct entries are paid. Higher speed + accuracy = higher earnings. Incorrect entries will not be counted for payout.
