We’re seeking a dynamic professional with 4-6+ years of experience in lead generation and business development, preferably in the CRO/CDMO domain, to join our purpose-driven team. This role focuses on B2B prospecting for drug discovery and development services, targeting markets in the US, UK, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Inside Sales:
- Identify and qualify B2B prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Conduct primary and secondary research to build a robust lead pipeline
- Perform drug pipeline analysis and therapeutic gap analysis to target high-value clients
- Market Research:
- Analyze target markets (US, UK, ROW) for trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to support business analytics
- Stay updated on drug discovery and CDMO industry trends
- Proposal & RFP Management:
- Write proposals and handle RFP/RFQ/RFI for CRO/CDMO projects (e.g., medicinal chemistry, DMPK, toxicology)
- Coordinate with scientific and operations teams to develop comprehensive proposals
- Manage costing for preclinical and manufacturing projects
- Brand Building:
- Lead website design/development and LinkedIn brand management
- Represent Aryastha at networking events and industry conferences (e.g., Drug Discovery Chemistry Conference 2025)
- Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Monitor and adapt to industry best practices in lead generation
Key Skills
- Proven expertise in B2B lead generation for US, UK, and APAC markets
- Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes and CRO/CDMO services
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and therapeutic gap analysis
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to handle RFPs and develop cost-effective proposals
- Familiarity with website management and digital marketing
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards is a plus
