Job Openings and Role Requirements
Drug Substance Production – USP Production
- Positions: IC (In-Charge), Shift In-Charges, Section Head
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the fermentation department with mammalian culture products
- Skills: Handling SS bioreactors/fermenters with capacity of 500 L or more
Drug Substance Purification – DSP Production
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in purification of mammalian culture products
- Skills: Hands-on experience with chromatography systems (minimum 600 L/h capacity), columns ≥600 mm diameter, and automated TFF systems
QMS Production
- Responsibilities: Risk assessment, root cause analysis for deviations, Handling OOT (Out of Trend) and OOS (Out of Specification) events
- Documentation: Managing QMS documents via Trackwise, reviewing cGMP compliance, and equipment qualification
Required Educational Qualifications
- M.Sc., B.Tech, B.E., or M.Tech in Biotechnology
- Experience range: 2 to 15 years in relevant biological manufacturing and quality systems
