Job Positions: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM)
We are hiring one RSM and one ASM to lead sales efforts in Raipur, covering Athenese-Dx’s Mixed, Precision, and Rapid Divisions.

- Division: Mixed (All Athenese-Dx product ranges: ELISA, Biochemistry, Hematology, Instruments, Rapid Products)
- Experience:
- RSM: 5–8 years in IVD sales
- ASM: 2–4 years in IVD sales
- Qualification: Graduate with a background in Life Sciences (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Drive sales of Athenese-Dx products (ELISA, biochemistry, hematology, rapid tests, instruments) to hospitals, diagnostic labs, and clinics
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Raipur and surrounding areas
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through lead generation and market research
- Promote TRUSTline rapid tests and Precision Division products, emphasizing their high accuracy and reliability
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including lab managers, clinicians, and distributors
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers, collaborating with application teams
- Gather feedback on product performance and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Team Leadership (RSM Only)
- Lead and mentor a team of ASMs and sales executives to achieve regional sales targets
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure skill development through training initiatives
- Align sales efforts with Athenese-Dx’s strategic goals and distributor network
Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports, including market analysis and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (e.g., CDSCO, ISO standards)
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
