We are seeking a highly skilled AGM/DGM to lead our CRD team in Apitoria. This role is perfect for professionals with extensive experience in API process development, intellectual property (IP), regulatory affairs (RA), and quality assurance (QA) systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a CRD team to achieve project milestones in API process development.

- Oversee process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing units.

- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory guidelines (e.g., USFDA, EU GMP).

- Proven leadership experience in managing CRD teams for API development.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property (IP) strategies and patent analysis.
- Expertise in regulatory affairs (RA) for global markets (USFDA, EU, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of QA systems to ensure compliance and quality.
- Hands-on experience in process development, optimization, and scale-up.
- Excellent project management and cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC) and process validation.
