Candidate Requirements
Key Qualifications
QA/QC Roles:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc with 2–8 years of experience in GMP compliance and regulatory audits
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical documentation and quality systems
Production Roles:
- B.Sc, Diploma, or B.Pharm with 3–10 years of experience in API/formulation production
- Hands-on experience in packing operations and process optimization
Technical Roles:
- B.Tech or Diploma with 2–7 years in pharma R&D, equipment maintenance, or technology transfer
- Familiarity with pharma automation and CSV validation
