Job Description for Pharmaceutical Apprenticeship Jobs

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing: B.E / B.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry; M.Sc / B.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or Biochemistry; B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
  • Engineering: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanical, or Mechatronics from a recognized institution.
  • Quality: M.Sc / B.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or Biochemistry; B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
  • Strong academic performance and a keen interest in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Experience

  • No prior professional experience required (ideal for fresh graduates).
  • Academic projects, internships, or coursework in biologics, biosimilars, engineering, or quality control are a plus.

Skills

Manufacturing:

  • Basic understanding of fill-finish processes, biosimilars, or insulin production.
  • Willingness to learn aseptic manufacturing techniques and bioprocessing.

  • Learn and contribute to aseptic manufacturing processes.

Engineering – Maintenance, Instrumentation, Automation:

  • Support maintenance of equipment and systems in the manufacturing facility.
  • Assist in instrumentation and automation tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Learn troubleshooting and preventive maintenance techniques.

Quality – QA & QC:

  • Support quality assurance activities, including documentation and compliance checks.
  • Assist in quality control testing and analysis of biologics and biosimilars.
  • Learn to apply GMP and GLP standards in quality processes.
