Job Description

Chiron Behring is hiring for multiple positions in formulation, vaccine, sterile drug product manufacturing, and engineering departments. These roles are ideal for freshers and professionals with 1–7 years of experience looking to advance their pharmaceutical careers in India.

Formulation/Vaccine/Sterile Drug Product Manufacturing

• Department: Production
• Role: Formulation, Filling (Vials, BFS, PFS), Vial Washing, Depyrogenation, Sealing & Capping, Sterile Aseptic Operations
• Experience: 0–7 years
• Education/Qualification: M.Sc/B.Sc (Life Science), B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Diploma/ITI (with aseptic operation experience)

Engineering

• Department: Engineering
• Role: Water System Operator, Instrumentation Maintenance Technician/Executive, Automation Executive (PLC + SCADA + Robotics), Project Engineer
• Experience: 0–7 years
• Education/Qualification: Diploma/ITI or relevant engineering qualifications

Skills/Qualifications

• M.Sc/B.Sc in Life Sciences, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, or Diploma/ITI with aseptic operation experience
• Proficiency in sterile manufacturing processes (C-Rabs, O-Rabs, Isolator)
• Knowledge of SOP, BMR, and QMS
• Experience in PLC, SCADA, and robotics for engineering roles
• Strong adherence to safety and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities

• Execute formulation, vial washing, filling, sealing, and capping processes
• Operate autoclaves and maintain sterile aseptic environments
• Manage water systems and perform instrumentation maintenance
• Handle automation tasks using PLC, SCADA, and robotics
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, BMRs, and QMS standards
