Role
Executive / Senior Executive
Support sterile manufacturing by operating and maintaining equipment for nasal spray and form-fill-seal (FFS) processes, ensuring aseptic practices.
Job Specifications
- Operate and clean nasal spray filling & sealing machines, vial washing machines, tunnels, manufacturing & holding vessels, and FFS equipment.
- Maintain aseptic behavior & practices in Class 100/ISO 5 environments.
Qualifications
Education
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, ITI, Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Pharma), or B.Sc. (based on similar roles in prior Cipla postings).
Experience
2–8 years in sterile manufacturing, specifically with FFS or nasal spray production.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with CIP/SIP of tanks and equipment sterilization.
- Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and aseptic techniques.

2. Production Operator (MDI)

3. Production Operator (Tablet)

- Familiarity with Track & Trace systems and cGMP standards.
- Ability to perform machine troubleshooting and ensure packing efficiency.
