🔎 About the Role

As an Associate STEM Content Analyst, you will:

Perform deep analysis of scientific literature (patents, articles, meeting abstracts, clinical trials).
Index and structure data on novel biological products.
Summarize claims, novelty, and experiments from patents.
Conduct comprehensive online searches for biological drug information.
Ensure adherence to content analysis schedules and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and contribute to process improvements.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Required:

M.Pharm, D.Pharm, Biology, Life Sciences, or related degree.
Strong knowledge of drug development processes.
Proficient in English with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Solid scientific and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and explain scientific data.
Proficiency in MS Office & adaptability to new software tools.

Preferred:

Knowledge of content analysis & editing.
Experience with AI tools.
Good interpersonal & time management skills.
Strong motivation and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Adherence to SOPs & compliance policies.

A global, high-performing team of 9 members across India & Spain.
Expertise in Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics.
Focused on analyzing journals, patents, and meeting abstracts to provide curated content for CDDI.

🏢 Work Environment

Hybrid model: Combination of office and remote work.
Work hours: Flexible 8 hours/day (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST), Monday–Friday.
