Eisai is expanding its OSD manufacturing team at the Vizag SEZ plant. The company is looking for skilled professionals with strong exposure to regulated OSD production for multiple roles across manufacturing and support functions.
Production Executive / Operator – OSD Manufacturing
- Department: Production (OSD)
- Positions: Executive & Operator
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma
- Experience: 3+ years (Operator) | 8+ years (Executive)
Key Areas:
- Granulation
- Compression
- Coating (Enteric & Sugar Coating preferred)
- Packing (Blister & Cartonator)
- Inspection

Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing equipment
- Strong knowledge of Granulation (ACG, Glatt, GEA), Compression (Kilian, Fette), Coating, and Blister Packing machines
- Experience in Documentation, SOP/BMR/BPR revision, QMS, and investigations
- Ability to work in a USFDA/WHO-GMP regulated environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Granulation, Compression, Coating & Packing machines
- Perform in-process checks and inspections
- Execute batch manufacturing and packing activities
- Handle documentation, QMS, and training coordination
