Job Description

Eris Bionxt Pvt Ltd is actively recruiting experienced leaders and managers for its Production and Packing departments at the Bhopal facility. These roles are open only to candidates with prior experience in Biosimilar, Injectable, and Sterile manufacturing plants.

Positions range from General Manager to Assistant Manager / Executive levels, focusing on end-to-end operations, team leadership, compliance, process optimization, and sterile product manufacturing/packing in a highly regulated environment.

Production Roles

• Department: Production (Biosimilar / Injectable / Sterile)
• Market: Pharmaceuticals – Sterile & Injectable Formulations

• Leadership skills for managing large teams in production/packing operations
• Expertise in process optimization, deviation handling, CAPA, and change control
• Proficiency in sterile equipment (autoclaves, lyophilizers, filling lines, isolators)
• Excellent documentation, regulatory audit readiness, and compliance focus
• Ability to drive productivity, quality, and safety in high-stakes sterile environments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production/packing operations for injectable, biosimilar, and sterile products
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and international regulatory standards
• Oversee batch manufacturing, filling, lyophilization, inspection, and packing
• Manage team performance, training, and shift operations
• Handle process validation, qualification, and technology transfer
• Investigate deviations, implement CAPA, and prepare for regulatory audits
• Optimize yields, reduce downtime, and maintain sterile area integrity
