Job Description
We are hiring for a Development Quality Assurance role to oversee quality compliance and regulatory processes. The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
Qualifications
- M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc.
Experience
- 11-15 years in quality assurance, preferably in pharmaceutical development
Desired Skills and Responsibilities
- Ensure quality compliance across all functions, participating in internal quality and regulatory compliance audits.
- Conduct qualification audits for contract testing laboratories and vendors.
- Monitor and track investigation compliances, deviations, Change Control Forms (CCFs), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review and update procedures and documents to maintain compliance.
- Prepare and review Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Provide training for existing staff and new joiners on quality processes.
- Review SOPs and QA guidelines to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate and ensure timely implementation of change control activities and action plans.
- Review and approve stability raw data, stability summary reports, excipient compatibility study reports, and stability reports, including photo-stability studies.
