  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in microbiology, preferably in the biopesticide or agri-biotech industry
  • Proficiency in microbiological culture techniques, isolation, and identification of bacteria, fungi, and other microbes
  • Experience with molecular biology tools including PCR, 16S rRNA gene sequencing, gel electrophoresis, and biochemical tests
  • Knowledge of microbial fermentation processes and optimization for scale-up production
  • Strong understanding of bioassays, formulation testing, and stability studies for biopesticide products
  • Ability to maintain sterile conditions and prepare high-quality culture media
