Felix Generics is hiring skilled technicians for its Production department to support OSD manufacturing operations. The role involves hands-on execution of primary and secondary packing processes in a regulated environment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with international standards.

Skills/Qualifications
- 2-6 years experience in OSD production (USFDA/EU-GMP preferred)
- Hands-on experience in Liquid Syrup, Paste/Ointment manufacturing
- Expertise in CVC Bottle Filling Line (Primary & Secondary Packing)
- Knowledge of Blister Packing Machine operations
- Good computer knowledge and machine handling skills
- Strong understanding of granulation, top spraying, and roll compaction
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Primary and Secondary Packing machines
- Handle Liquid Syrup and Ointment manufacturing
- Perform CVC Bottle Filling and Blister Packing
- Conduct machine cleaning and changeover activities
- Manage granulation area equipment independently
- Ensure compliance with USFDA/EU-GMP standards
- Handle alarms and troubleshooting effectively
