We are hiring for Operator roles in the Engineering, Production, and Packing departments, with a focus on Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing. Below are the details:
1. Engineering: Operator
This role involves maintaining critical systems to ensure smooth operations in our USFDA-approved facility.
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Experience: 2–7 years in the pharma industry
Skills:
- Expertise in electrical systems and water system maintenance
- Knowledge of cGMP and safety protocols
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain electrical and water systems
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards
2. Production: Operator
Join our Production team to support the manufacturing of tablets and capsules in a cGMP-compliant environment.
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 2–7 years in OSD manufacturing
Skills:
- Proficiency in compression and coating processes
- Familiarity with GMP guidelines and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Operate compression and coating equipment
- Perform in-process checks and maintain production records
3. Packing: Operator
This role focuses on efficient and compliant packing operations for pharmaceutical products.
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 2–7 years in OSD packing
Skills:
- Experience with auto cartonator and blister packing machines
- Knowledge of packing validation and cGMP standards
- Precision in handling primary and secondary packing
Responsibilities:
- Operate auto cartonator and blister packing equipment
- Ensure quality and compliance in packing processes
