Formulation Development Manager
- Role: Lead development and optimization of formulations for Dry Powder Injection and OSD products.
- Experience: 10+ years in regulated pharmaceutical formulation industries.
- Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals.
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Expertise in Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DoE).
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and comprehension).
- Self-motivated with a drive for growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of cGMP, ICH, and FDA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize formulations for regulatory, ROW, and domestic markets.
