Job Description
Fortrea is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide crucial support to clinical study teams through data management, monitoring support, investigator payments, and system administration.
Central Monitor Assistant
- Department: Clinical Research / Study Support
- Role: Central Monitor Assistant
- Qualification: University/College Degree (Life Science preferred) or Certification in allied health profession
- Experience: 2-3 Years in Clinical Research (ICH-GCP knowledge required)
- Location: Bangalore
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research guidelines
- Experience with clinical systems (CTMS, EDC, IWRS, e-TMF)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinical systems access and study databases (CTMS, EDC, IWRS, etc.)
- Support e-TMF management, data review, and report generation
- Handle Investigator Payment processing and reconciliation
- Perform study system setup and CTMS compliance management
- Assist in document management and site startup activities
- Support Lead Monitors with data review and issue resolution
- Generate study-specific reports and maintain project documentation
- Participate in client/study team meetings and escalate issues timely
