The walk-in targets candidates with hands-on experience in aseptic processes, lyophilization, vial filling, visual inspection, track & trace, and QMS in regulated sterile manufacturing environments.

Jr. Operator / Operator / Sr. Operator – Production (Fill-Finish)

Skills/Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in vial washing, depyrogenation, HPHV steam sterilizer, lyophilizer, aseptic filling, media fills, filter integrity testing
• Expertise in DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, preventive maintenance, QMS, SOPs, training schedules
• Proficiency in labelling machines, track & trace systems, visual inspection, cartonator, and packing lines
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, sterile operations, and documentation
• Ability to work in cleanroom/aseptic environment and rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor vial washing, depyrogenation, autoclave, lyophilizer, and aseptic filling lines
• Perform filter integrity testing, media fills, and process monitoring
• Supervise production planning, filling activities, and preventive maintenance
• Execute labelling, visual inspection, track & trace, and packing operations
• Prepare and review SOPs, BMR/BPR, and training plans
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards
• Handle QMS activities, deviations, CAPA, and change controls
