Job Description

Hetero Labs Limited is hiring experienced professionals for its Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility at Jadcherla, Telangana. This walk-in drive targets key roles in Quality Control and Engineering departments to support high-volume production, quality assurance, and maintenance operations.

Quality Control (OSD)

• Department: Quality Control (OSD)
• Market: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Role: Officer / Jr. Executive / Executive
• Experience: 3 to 9 years
• Education/Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc.

Engineering (OSD)

Department: Engineering (OSD) Market: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Role: Technician / Jr. Engineer / Engineer Experience: 1 to 7 years Education/Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech

Skills/Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, IP/FP testing, stability studies, sampling, and method validation (for QC roles)
• Hands-on experience in process & packing maintenance, HVAC systems, utilities, QMS, and calibration (for Engineering roles)
• Microbiology testing expertise preferred for QC positions
• Understanding of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and documentation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced OSD manufacturing environment
• Team collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sampling, stability testing, and analysis using HPLC/GC for IP/FP products
• Handle method validation (MV), method transfer (MT), and microbiology-related activities
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for process and packing equipment
• Manage HVAC, utility systems, calibration, and QMS documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards
• Support timely release of materials and resolution of quality issues
